Do you offer in store pickup? Yes! At checkout, type in your credit card information and address, and select the "Pickup In Store" option instead of shipping. Please allow 1 business day, and we will send you an email when your items are ready to be picked up!
Who do I email for questions or customer service help? Please email email@example.com with your order # in the subject title and we will answer your question within 1 business day.
My size is sold out, will you restock? We will do our best to restock popular selling items, but sometimes we cannot always get the items back. Keep checking back on our site and we will do our best to post on social media when it comes back.
Do gift cards work for both online and in store? Unfortunately, our system does not allow for the gift cards to sync in both places.
I need to cancel my order, can I do that? We do not cancel orders, in the rare event that you need to cancel an order due to an error, you must contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to cancel the order as long as it has not shipped yet.
I tracked my order and it says delivered but I still haven't received it, what should I do? Please contact your local post office first to see if they can assist you in locating your package. Roots is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your tracking information has been sent to you and the package has left our store, all issues with shipping fall on USPS.
